Jack Moody Recycling Limited is developing its anaerobic digestion capacity at a number of sites throughout the West Midlands. The design incorporates new technology and novel processing techniques to produce a highly efficient hybrid anaerobic digestion facility. The design aims to maximise biogas yield, minimise parasitic load and ultimately deliver a robust, highly efficient anaerobic digestion solution.

Continuing the development of new technology and processing solutions, Jack Moody Recycling Limited are investigating the use of other feedstock material including green waste, maize, wheat, farm yard manures, slurry etc. in small-scale anaerobic digestion facilities (up to 250kWe). All output from the anaerobic digestion facilities will be utilised as a soil conditioner under the PAS110 certification scheme, and provide a net energy benefit for the recycling or organic wastes to land.
