Hard and Soft landscaping work completed for a high end designer outlet and surrounding woodland forestry areas.

Description Of Works

Supplied and installed 300 mature specimen trees, 5000 woodland mix, buffer native species, deciduous and evergreen along with excavation and topsoil.

20,000 plants & shrubs supplied and installed throughout the project including 6500 ornamental planting schemes to open sun and semi shade areas.

Created a bespoke exterior living wall planted with climbers and wild flower. Seeded, graded earth works and topsoiled 8000m2.

Innovation & Added Value

The use of multiple compositions of soils that were mixed by ourselves. Specialist cranes were used for maneuvering large mature trees imported from Holland into low access areas on site within bespoke planters. Site specific tree pits were installed under paving throughout the outlet.

Achievements

As a company we pride ourselves on achieving a high standard of work with this site being no exception. The project being a market leading designer outlet which enhances the local area to which we are part of the community. Works were finished on time and on budget.

Materials

Large quantities of different soil compositions were used on site that where mixed by Jack Moody Recycling. These included a 50/50 Compost with a Top Soil Mix including Urban Tree Soil and Sub Base Soil.
