Volunteers from our team recently completed a new community landscaping project in Cheslyn Hay in partnership with Cheslyn Hay Parish Council, helping to turn the space into a greener, more welcoming area for local residents to enjoy. From preparing the ground through to the final planting, the project focused on creating a landscape that not only looks great now, but will continue to grow and benefit the community for years to come.
As a commercial landscaping contractor committed to delivering long-term social value, this project focused on transforming the area through sustainable planting, biodiversity improvements and high-quality soft landscaping works that will continue to benefit the wider community.
Our team carried out full ground preparation works before installing 330m² of premium turf supplied by Harrowden Turf, helping to create an attractive and usable green space for the local community. We also supplied and installed a wide range of shrubs, hedging, grasses and perennial planting from our on-site nursery, ensuring healthy, high-quality plants suitable for the scheme.
The introduction of native hedging and wildflower seeding will help support local wildlife and pollinators, while the diverse planting scheme provides seasonal interest, colour, and texture throughout the year. By combining practical landscaping with environmentally conscious planting, the project delivers lasting value for both the community and the surrounding ecosystem.
