The Jack Moody Group is a key industry voice in the sectors within which we operate in, participating and contributing to many influential industry bodies, such as the Renewable Energy Association (REA) and British Association of Landscape Industries.
Established in 1963, Jack Moody Landscaping is today a leading name in the provision of landscaping solutions for local authorities, developers, contractors, architects and domestic clients. With expertise in both hard and soft landscaping and an established reputation for horticultural knowledge, services range from design through to infrastructure planting and after-care.
Established in 1988 to supply high quality plants and trees for clients, our nursery has expanded to meet demand, today growing and maintaining over one million plants, shrubs and trees. Still based at our Hollybush Farm headquarters in Staffordshire, our professional horticulture team has a reputation for their knowledge and expertise.
Our two garden centres and aquaria form the retail arm of Jack Moody Holdings plc, drawing on our extensive horticultural expertise to offer a huge range of top quality plants, garden products, aquatics and pets, available to the general public via our retail outlets and to the trade via our cash & carry nursery.
Committed to a programme of sustainability, our state-of-the-art recycling centres support ‘zero to landfill’ policies, providing green recycling facilities for local authorities and contractors and 100% recycled peat-free materials for landscaping schemes. We continue to invest in the renewables market, researching and developing ground-breaking new techniques and processes.
We support the environment by growing and maintaining over 1 million plants, shrubs and trees each year, ensuring we meet the highest quality standards and are able to fully supply our clients’ requirements. We also utilise solar and wind power, recycled fuels and our own transport to reduce our carbon footprint, and our business is ISO 18001, 9001 and 14001 accredited.
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility charter, we employ local labour, utilise a local supply chain and use direct labour on all work we undertake. To further support our local communities, we create apprenticeships and run a charitable foundation. By working collaboratively with clients, we aim to deliver a service that adds value to the community and the environment.
