As part of our ongoing commitment to staff and customer care, we hold annual refresher training days for our workforce.
The Maintenance team got some miserable weather for theirs last week, but remained committed to learning more about our latest equipment.
Ryan Colbourne, our Operations Director, commented:
“The Refresher Training is a programme designed for both new and existing employees with a purpose to acquaint them with the new skills, methods, and processes required to improve their performance at work. We provide this annually to ensure we capture competence, skillsets, updated H&S policies and any advancement in technology”
Our newest employee William said “It’s great to be shown the equipment I’m going to be using by an experienced team member. I get to ask questions and meet the team at the same time”
