Jack Moody Group was appointed to deliver high-quality soft landscaping services for a new build housing development at Wrottesley Village in Perton, Staffordshire. The project focused on creating an attractive, biodiverse environment that would complement the new homes and provide long-term ecological benefits.

Our experienced landscaping team planted over 100 trees, more than 2,000 shrubs, and 200 perennials throughout the estate, helping to establish a vibrant and structured planting scheme. We also installed native hedgerows and developed a natural pond area to support local wildlife and enhance the site’s biodiversity.

In addition to the public open spaces, we completed turfing works to the front and rear gardens of the properties and carried out wildflower seeding across selected areas to create colourful, pollinator-friendly habitats.
