Plant Range & Selection

We have developed a robust collection of ferns, woodland perennials, and other shade-loving plants that are particularly suited for shaded beds, borders, under canopy planting, or damp woodland edges. Some of the types you’ll find in our range include:

• Ferns such as Dryopteris, Athyrium, Polystichum, and Woodwardia

All plants are nursery-grown under controlled conditions to ensure health and uniformity. We also pay attention to soil, moisture, and micro-climate requirements to ensure best performance in shade.

All potting and growing at our nursery is carried out using peat-free compost. While we cannot guarantee that every plant we source is 100% peat-free, we always prioritise suppliers who are moving towards peat-free production.
